Hey Eileen Give me slap five !!! Good Job!! I don t blame for hiring personal trainer to work with you all kind of machines to excercise because we both know nothing and wants to make sure we did the right thing to prevent pull muscles or hurt our back or whatever! $5 min is an excellent per day to excercise. Hi Kathy! Today was my first day back at my gym. No one has seen me in a while, so it was fun to go back. I took a step class, then did some weight training, ab work, then stretching. My arms are a little shaky now, so I know I did a good job! LOL! Hopefully, I'll be back there tomorrow. I've also been trying to incorporation movement with my kids. Friday night, instead of going to a movie, I'm taking them ice skating. I haven't done that in YEARS. Wish me luck. ;) Love, Tammy P.S. I finally broke my plateau - I'm down 48 pounds!

Hi Tammy Dr Aranow called this Good Pains when we have sore muscle from excercise or weight lifts to build up toner in our muscles. I am so proud of you that you did excercise and you should feel good after excercise! Congrats for finally breaking your plateau. I cannot weight myself until Feb 2 because I weight myself once a monthly because weight scale drove me nuts!!! Hugs Kathy K
