Bowling Party

Hi all- I have not been reading all the posts lately. Now that the holidays are over I would love to get an official count and set the record straight on the date. It is Sunday Feb 13th not the 15th as I previously posted. Someone posted that the T-Bowl in Newington was a dumpy place. Tammy assures me that the place is fine. Hey is a bowling alley after all! We were not planning any food-the idea was to have an event that did not revolve around food. I think we can plan our meals around the 5 to 8 time slot and bring protein bars and water to get us by! THE BARIATRIC BOWL WHAT:DISCO BOWLING WHERE:T-BOWL-NEWINGTON, CT WHEN:SUNDAY, FEB 13TH TIME: 5PM PRICE:7 DOLLARS CASH (INCLUDES BOWLING AND SHOE RENTAL..PLUS PRIZES) Lots of us admitted to being lousy bowlers, myself included. These are small pins which should make it easier. The most important thing is that we are together and getting exercise! Darn it all - I won't be able to come this time around...I'll be on a cruise of the Mexican Riviera Hope you all do well at the bowling-it's sounds like a lot of fun...I'll try to do an exercise class on the ship that day and think of you all!!! Enjoy!!! Hugs, Carla

HI Joanie, I am going to see if I can get my husband to come with! He needs to see all the success stories with his own eyes, and put names and faces together! Sundays are tough for us( him being a Minister and all) but we should be there. I will double check and then give you a definite! Robin R

Gotcha Janis! So far we have Tammy, my husband Bob and Peter as score keepers/captains. I thought we would have four person teams--we can even buddy up with teams beforehand, if you choose. Joanie
