APPROVED!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!!

Yesterday I posted because I was denied by the insurance company. I had called and left a message for the case worker yesterday. She called me back this morning and told me I was denied for not having a medically supervised diet for 6 months. I told her I had. She asked what kind of medications I took and how often I saw the doctor. I told her the meds and also the many times I have gone to doctors for weight loss. She resubmitted my file. She called me late this afternoon and told me I was approved! She also called my doctor's office and gave them an approval number. God is good! He worked it all out for me. The lady was actually very nice and I was extremely nice to her. When she called me back she thanked me for being persistant. I really wasnt though. When I talked to her initially she really did seem like she was trying. I am so happy. Maybe there really are some caseworkers who try to help us and do what they can to get their manager to approve it. I have Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. Thank you all. Joanne
