pre-surgery weigh in
From what I have heard he will weigh you and not do the surgery in some cases. Best to get those 2 pounds off. I am pre-op and have lost 8 but my surgery is not till mid february and I hope to lose 8 more by then which would give me a buffer. Besides its healthier and safer to lose all the weight you can before surgery! GOOD LUCK! Drink lots of water, propel or Fruit 2o!
Hi CIndy... Kristin is right when she tells you that. I heard of that and stressed so much about it that I wasn't even stressed about having surgery. But to tell you the truth they didn't weigh me the day of and most people I talk to said the same thing. But I would go on with the thought that they will and try to get those 2 lbs plus back off and whatever you do... stay off the carbs. I did The SouthBeach DIet and had good results but the few weeks before surgery went off and ate carbs and my liver was very big the day of surgery. (not a good thing) So try not to have too many last suppers ...lol
And btw your new Life starts on my 30th Birthday so it's definitly a good sign. I wish you the best of luck.
