Hey All I will be particpating in this because I find it way to way to slack off so today I started my new exercise regimen which consisted of 16 minutes on treadmill, 40 minutes of richard simmons sweatin to the oldies( I was able to do the whole tape which was a feat in itself) and also 10 sit ups but hey it was better than none. Thanks Kathy for starting this.

That is excellent You burns alot of calories and will lose inches less from your body. Believe me it was hard for me to situp because we have very round stomach but it will getting better each weekly. Try to use excercise ball and use sit up on it. It is great to prevent your back. I learned from my personal trainer. She is a great lady and tough coach to push me to keep excercise up. I need her to push me like this or I will make an excuse!!! For me , having personal trainer is better for me than go to curves. Ten sit up is good! just keep ten situp everyday for two weeks. Hugs Kathy K
