Give me slap five!!
walking around neighborhood is better than did not excercise. You can do it!! Do for me again tomorrow inside excercise since it will be lousy weather tomorrow. Just 15 min everday for now and dont worry about doing excercise for 30 min or so. That is long way in the future.

I shall start! You and the others have inspired me! I am hanging in, just waiting - story of my life - for the attorney to let me know what is going on. Next week will be four weeks since I hired him and I will call if I don't hear from him. Don't worry, if I get god news, you will not miss it. I will be screaming from the roof tops!!

To be honest with you, I am scarced to go back being fat again if I do not excercise. Another reason for excercise, I felt good and feel better from my health after working hard my excercise. Try to start 10 min on your trendmill for two weeks and see if it help you feel motive for excercise. Only ten minutes!!
You can do it!!!!!! Go for it!!!!
