Julie Give me slap five!! walking around neighborhood is better than did not excercise. You can do it!! Do for me again tomorrow inside excercise since it will be lousy weather tomorrow. Just 15 min everday for now and dont worry about doing excercise for 30 min or so. That is long way in the future. Hugs Kathy K

Great idea Kathy Today I started doing Yoga. I love it. I feel so relaxed and the stretching was great. I'll be calling Linda this week to start with her as my personal trainer. It will feel great to get back into a good workout schedule. Hugs, Maggie

Hi Maggie, That is great that you will calling Linda this week and you will be on right track to keep excercise for this year 2005. I never had Yoga before. Does it relate to listen music and relax same time? Curious? Hugs Kathy K

You can excercise now for 15 min for as pre- op so you will be better excercise after post op How is things from your lawyer? I am thinking of you once a while in my mind Hugs Kathy K

I shall start! You and the others have inspired me! I am hanging in, just waiting - story of my life - for the attorney to let me know what is going on. Next week will be four weeks since I hired him and I will call if I don't hear from him. Don't worry, if I get god news, you will not miss it. I will be screaming from the roof tops!! Hi Kathy K -- great idea! I really need a swift kick in the pants to get me to exercise ... it all seems so much like work I just keep finding excuses not to do it. I have a treadmill and stepper at home so the weather shouldn't stop me. What's your secret to actually getting on the things? Donna

To be honest with you, I am scarced to go back being fat again if I do not excercise. Another reason for excercise, I felt good and feel better from my health after working hard my excercise. Try to start 10 min on your trendmill for two weeks and see if it help you feel motive for excercise. Only ten minutes!! You can do it!!!!!! Go for it!!!! Kathy K
