Excercise log
Since Joanie uses food log to keep track our eating, I decided to keep track our excercise since eberybody knows I excercise everday!!!
Last Sunday I went for a long walk to my daughter 's grammer school and played ball with my dog. I decided to try slowly jogging and I did it but I have to practice to leanr how to breath through from my lung which I have not excercise in the past before I had this surgery. It felt good to jogging again for 1 long round lap on school ground then I came home. After dinner, I did 20 min on trend mill, situp 75 on excercise ball, ldid triceps with my dumb bell 12 x 3times on both arms, lift up my both legs each 12 x3 then strenght out my muscle before I ended my excerise
Monday I was soooooo tired. I went to bed at ten pm last Sunday but my daugther woke me up at 130 am and said she have a bad nightmare so I let her to sleep with me on my bed. well she moved alot and kicked alot which made me not sleep good at all. I had to go work on monday morning. End of the day, I was sooooo tired but did not make an excuse to go excerise. I did 20 min on trendmill and 20 x3 on excerise ball for situps. I am glad I did it!
Today I will go see my persoanl trainer. She will make me work harder. ( I go see my persoanl trainer every tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays)

Ok, this is a good idea for me to post here. Maybe I will follow through if I say I am going to exercise.
I get up every single morning at 5:30. I have to leave at 7:30, that gives me 2 full hours to squeeze in exercise. Do I do it? NOOOO.
Bad.
Then I say, well I will exercise after work...That never happens either. I get home, put away all our stuff from work and school, start dinner, eat, do the dishes, spend some time with my daughter. Before I know it it is time for her bath and then bedtime. Do I do it after she is in bed? NOOOO.
I know all the benefits of exercise. I know I feel so great after doing it. I know if I want to reach my goal I need to do it. I know if I want to lose 30 more pounds by our Disney trip in April that I have to do it.
Do I do it? NOOOO.
OK, so, I think if I post here I will do it. I won't tell all of you I will exercise and then not do it....too embarrassing. Whatever works, right?
So here it goes... I will exercise tonight after work, before I make dinner.
I will also exercise tomorrow morning before work. (I prefer to do it in the morning before my shower). You heard it here CT!!

I know it is not easy to do excercise . I know you can do it. I am rooting for you!!! Try to excercise for 15 min everyday... See only 15 min for two weeks to see if you can make it to do it for 15 min everyday.
Thank you for being honest . I remember I have hard time to do situp with my personal trainer but I noticed it is getting better after two weeks if I keep doing it everyday. What kind of excercise machines or things you have? what is your goal to lose from your abs or thighs or what? I will be happy to help youto build up your motive your excercise. SMILE!

I have so much exercise equipment we could open a gym. We have a 3-station workout center with weights, etc; also a weight bench, a stair climber, a treadmill, an elliptical machine, an ab roller, an ab cruncher, a slant board, and a thigh and hip machine, and too many exercise videos/DVD's to mention
Once I get started I feel good, so it is the getting started part I need to do. Like I said, having to post here will keep me honest and motivate me.
My goal is lose from my abdomen and my thighs..
Mostly from my butt and thighs, which I think the elliptical will help the most with.
You are so sweet to want to help me! But, of course, it is ultimately up to me to do it, right? Unless you come live with me...
Posting in public will help me alot! (I hope)

Hi Kathy K ,
Since we are all being honest I will admit I havn't excercised much at all but that is my New Years Resolution. TO get my butt moving and excercise at least 4 times a week. Your post inspired me so much that I put on my sweats and went walking right after reading it. Did about 1 1/2 miles around my neighborhood. What was awesome was I didn't get winded and my legs didn't hurt like they used too. Thank you so much Kathy K for starting this. It is a great idea and I think it will inspire everyone to take the time out. Hope you have a great day. I am off to get ready for 2nd shift.
