Happy New Year Deb, Thank you for the good wishes as a mommy of 44 years it is truly a never ending goal.....now the goal is more to keep my mouth shut and mind my own business. I'm sure you will continue to be the best mom ever. Hugs Angel

Great resolution! I think I will make that mine as well as taking my vitamins on a more regular basis. Yes, I am a slacker when it comes to that - I have to confess. Happy New Year!! Tara

Since Santa was very generous by bringing me a treadmill this year, my big resolution is to EXERCISE! I have been a huge slacker in this area and my jelly butt and thighs are screaming for some firming up! terri

Well let's see... This will be the FIRST year I don't have to resolve to lose weight!!! So I'll jump on the Water and Exercise bandwagon...and I'm throwing in working on my brain for this year. I have to get my mind to catch up with my body! Hugs all...!!! Carla

ok, my resolution this year is to exercise and try to firm up all the jiggly stuff. Now I have made this resolution in years past, and it never lasted. But, saying this here hopefully will help me to get up off my smaller yet still too big butt and do what I need to do. I am happy with my smaller size, but I am still wasting my tool by not completely giving 100%. I am not even giving 10% where exercise is concerned. And this is my last chance to try to get close to the body I want to have. So that is my resolution for this year. And, to enjoy what I have been given - my family, my health, my new life after surgery. I don't ever remember being this happy! Anne

Resolutions, how many years I resolved to try what diet. Now I see the commercials on tv and realize I don't really have to listen or feel that guilt twinge inside of "gee, I should try that" or what quick fix do that have out? Remember the one you drank at night and it was supposed to melt the pounds off?? I must have drank a gallon of that one!!! My resolution is to be more involved on the boards. I dropped out of sight and stopped angeling and really miss it. Now I am speaking for Dr. Giles new program at NBGH and I am supposed to tell all the medical staff what it is like for us and what they can do to make it a better experience for us. Got 2 hours?? lol, they only gave me 45 minutes to do this. AND I need to take my calcium. If anyone has a good way of getting calcium, PLEASE share it with me, I just hate swallowing those humungus pills so avoid it. I don't want to be a hunched over old lady!! love and good health to all in the New Year! Cheryl
