Hi!

Congratulations on your one year Surgiversary!  Way to go!!

I am where you were last year, I get out of breath just getting to the car right now...our words truly hit home...thank you for the inspiration!  I know I can change the way I feel just like you.

I am almost to the point of getting my surgery date and man I cannot wait!  You are one of the many reasons I love to be here...watching everyone on their journies really helps me on mine.

You are doing excellent and I hope you continue on your road to success!

Many prayers,
Katie

Dear Katie...thank you for the kind words and prayers...I am holding you in my prayers as well.  Recently I had a wonderful visit with my cardiologist...who is always thrilled to see me now, although the damage to my heart is not reversable...the three quads that are healthy ... are so healthy now..that "I might even see 89!"  two years ago I was suffering from CHF, hyper tension, LFD, cardiomyopathy and so many aches and pains it would take hours to list...seriously...I know the road to the surgery is long...but it is well worth it...the more prepared you are to change your life..the more the tool you are given will work...

I am here if you have any questions....

blessings,
Jennifer
