3 Months Out

I had my 3 month appointment today at Dr. Valin's office. According to their scale I am 199, at my house I'm 197 (can't over 2lbs, right?). That's a total of 43lbs. YEAH!!! Deb informed me that I am not morbidly obese anymore. I'm just obese! Whoever would think someone would celebrate being obese? My next appointment is March 21, so I need to get on the protein wagon. Anastacia, It does sound strange to hear that but how wonderfull it is! You are doing great and you must feel excellent. I have my surgery with Dr Valin on Jan 4. and I am very excited. Do you have any words of wisdom for me? Congrats on your success! Anne B

BRING YOUR OWN TOOTHBRUSH That is my greatest word of wisdom! (For some reason the bristles of the hospital ones come out in your mouth while you brush. YUCK)

Congrats Stacey! 2 pounds is definately nothing to cry over. Just think 43 pounds gone forever! I will be doing back flips the day I hit obese! Keep up the great work!
