Good Morning CT! I slept so well last night. I just wish I could stay home today...but I can't so I will get my smaller butt off this chair and into the shower.

Things have been so busy lately. I have not had much time to respond to posts, but I am reading and thinking of you all! I do try to get my food log in since it helps me stay on track a bit!
I have my 3 month check-up this afternoon, so I will post my official stats tonight!
B- 16oz CC chocolate milk w/ 1 scoop unjury (44g)
S- Wildberry Zinger Tea w/ 1pk splenda
L- Chili
S- Q-Smart Bar
D- This one is always the hardest.... We may be going out too so I am clueless!

Here is what I ate today:
B- blueberry muffin made w/splenda
S- Protein shake
L- 1 slice of pork egg foo yung (which I threw up later-ewww)
D- 3/4 baked pork chop, 1 tbsp. peas, 2 tbsp. stuffing
S- Not sure
The last few days any time I have eaten anything with eggs, I have thrown up. Twice was from a leftover sausage and egg casserole I had made, and then last night with the chinese food, and again today with the leftover chinese food which had eggs in it. I think I am going to not eat eggs for a while and see what happens. And I am making a concious effort to take small bites.
I think I am too far out for a stricture, and I am not throwing up after all my meals...just the ones with eggs.

Anne, I have that trouble with beef and cold cuts lately. I didn't have it before, but if the beef is in any way too fatty or tough, it doesn't stay down. Although I can eat ground beef. it is really weird. I have been staying away from the bad culprits and I have been fine. I guess this stuff comes and goes, huh?
Anyway, today I didn't even leave the office! We just cut over to a new payroll system and being one of the clerical staff made for a nightmare week this week, not to mention that I had to drive the girls all over creation for day care arrangements since my usual provider was on vacation and I used up all of my vacation time. I have the rest of the week off... phew!
B- egg & cheese on 1/2 english muffin 13g
L - protein bar and soy chips 24g
s - string cheese 6g
D - meatballs peppers and cheese 20g
s possibly a protein bar if i am hungry later - 12g for a 63 or 75 total

Hi all... my day is a little messed up because I have been out cold on muscle relaxers and vicodin due to my back went out today.

L: Cheese and hard crust off a piece of pizza
D: cheese burger (no bun of course)
I know it's a bad day. I probably will be up for a while and will drink drink drink. Maybe some carbcountdown to get some protein in.
