Looking for Pumpkin Mousse Recipe

Someone posted a recipe with Pumpkin and low fat ricotta...I wanted to make it for a friend coming for dinner on Thursday...any one have the exact proportions of what goes in this? Thanks Joanie

Hi Joanie, I don't remember one with ricotta - but I have one that was posted that was made with sugar-free, fat-free pudding. Here goes - hope it helps. Kathy Bilodeau 1 container sugar free/fat free instant vanilla pudding 1 can of pumpkin Make the pudding, then add can of pumpkin, add cinammon/nutmeg/pumpkin pie spices to taste & chill. Serve with ginger snaps ... or heck, it's good on its own w/a little whipped cream!
