My file is on the nurses desk for review !!

How long does it take for review. My file was ready in November when my insurance company decided not to accept the surgery so I was put on hold. As of a week from today my file was re-opend and was put on the nurses desk for review. I did the quesionaire, nutricionest,physcologist,referal and have the authorization. When will I get the call for the informational meeting??? Tara
