Here I am.. I survived the Holiday with no weight gain... Today this is what I plan to eat. B=isopure/12oz of water snack= string cheese lunch= 2 thin slices of ham and 1/2 slice of cheese no snack today dinner= 2 oz of sliced beef and small amount of vegetables.. hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. hugs Pattie

Better late than never. I am on nights now gals so forgive my late entries. B: Strive Protein Bar 21 g 1 cup of coffee w/ splenda and 1/2 & 1/2 S: Body Choice High Prot Low Carb Cappuccino 15 g L: Lean Pockets Ultra Pocket 24 g D: Atkins RTD Strawberry Shake 20 g S:about 12 or so ozs of Carb Countdown milk. 15 g I was a very very good girl today. ~Julie~
