Has anyone tried an occasional Lean Cuisine post - op. May not be able to fini**** all the time...
To me it seems to be a well balanced, high protein meal choice.. if I don't feel like cooking (which is quite often these days)
Also the momentum bar> are those the bars by GM, sold in the grocery store... and what flavor have you tried... i bought the double chocolate.. and i wasn't too crazy. I seem to be very picky about my protein bars!
Has anyone tried the protein brownies sold on susan maria's web site?? They look incredible.. available in chocolate and blondie versions! I'm too cheap to buy a whole box until i have heard someone tried them!

I like the carmel nut Momentums best. I have tried the protein choc chip cookie I think I bouth from Susan Maria's site..it was not great..and one cookie was lots of protein but way to many calories! I just bought a box of another protein bar that people raved about...can't remember the name and again, they are not great... I will stick to my momentum bars...

I just bought a box of the protein brownies from Susan Maria's website. I bought a mixed box of the blondies and the brownies. They are ok, but not really worth the price. But I had one on Christmas night when everyone else was eating cheesecake, etc...it got me thru without feeling deprived and I was satisfied. But, I wouldn't spend that much $$ on a box again...
Would you rather start shoveling it 5 hours bvefore you go to work???????????????????????????????????///// The snow! Geesh!
Pre'breakfast saurkraut. I made it and of course it's good
breakfast. 1/2 of a egg white/sausage and cheese omlet

I did real good yesterday. I did eat 4 ice cream cones, but no ince cream. Had one tiny piece of candy at the grocery store, but none at the store. No ice cream... The world in coming to an end :rolf:

Good morning, Hope everyone had a great Holiday!!
My menu today:
B- homemade blueberry muffin made with splenda, and a string cheese
s- Protein shake
L- small slice of ham and cheese quiche, made with hash brown potatoes for the crust.
D- fish (frozen), spinach, and rice.
S- protein bar
Have to start exercising again this week, I have been really really slacking off on that and the water, and my weight loss has completely stalled. I know the answer, I just gotta get off my butt and do it already.

I am one of the few at work here too! I think there are only about 5 others in the whole college.....
B- Chocolate Unjury w/ CC Milk
L- 2oz leftover steak, 1-2Tbs mashed potatoes
S- Q-Smart Bar or Nectar Shake
D- Good question. Hubby is on vacation, maybe he will cook something?
