MERRY CHRISTMAS!
... to all my CT OH Friends that are celebrating today.
Here is an update on me. (Even if you didn't want one! 
)
I've been working my @$$ off lately and doing a lot of fill-ins at Star because of the holidays and everyone taking vacations. I did love songs this past week, that was SO MUCH FUN! This week I am filling in for Kellie Quinn and doing 10-4. Then next week, after the new year, I will be back to my overnight schedule there.
With the holidays, came a lot of parties! I went to the Cumulus Holiday Party with my friend Eric, he is the Promotions Director at i95 in Danbury/Brookfield. Then we had our Cox Radio Holiday Party and then my CRN Holiday Party. CRN is the company I do the ski watch for.

Yesterday was my 6 month anniversary. I realized that I eat everything and sometimes I think I eat too much of everything. I know I don't eat too much at one sitting, but I seem to eat almost all day long. I haven't gained any weight, but am also not really losing anything either. Maybe a pound every 2 weeks or so. I had already reached Dr. Trans goal and and on my way to reaching mine. I am holding steady at 162 which is a total loss of 89 pounds as of yesterday. I'd like to be 155ish. Not out of reach at this point.
I hope that everyone is enjoying their holidays and spending them with the people you love. There is nothing in this world more important than friends and family. Not even having the best job in history! (Comes darn close though).

Great pictures!! You look wonderful. Ya know what was wonderful about last night? I didn't obsess over food. I ate a little of everything, but I did not overeat!! I plan on doing the same thing. My kids said this was the best Christmas ever... Merry Christmas my friends. I woke up to a Christmas present from the scale down another 2 pounds..for a total of 72!

I'm glad xmas is over. I really over indulged! But tomorrow starts a whole new page for me, and I'm starting it off with a walk! I must say that this was a wonderful holiday. I feel so great, and I want to feel even better. I can't wait for the new year ! This is a whole new world, and I am so grateful to have it.
