Hi folks, Thanks so very, very much to all of the people who posted and emailed my earlier message about being discouraged. Your words are just what I needed to hear. I guess I have to believe that I will feel better as time goes by and as my body heals. I didn't get to this size overnight, and I know, I won't be feeling fabulous any time (too) soon. I see Dr. Barba on Monday, and I'm going to discuss with him the nausea feeling. I am also using a straw today. I know it's not popular with some, but I think it's helping me take in less air. Thank you again, everyone, for taking the time to support me. I truly appreciate it. And here's a thin and healthy 2005 for all of us! Heather

Heather, Have a wonderful holiday. Take it slow, try different things and just remember that sometimes nausea is caused from not eating enough. Those soft foods like cottage cheese, yogurt, tuna salad, riccotta, cheeses etc. really will help that feeling. You will feel better real soon. Linda
