Joanie's Food Log-Thursday

I had a great time with my angelette Debby Marcus last night. We went out to a movie-"Meet the Fockers"...it was hysterical and then hit TGIFs for dinner. We've learned a lot about one another since we met this past September! I know she is ready for this surgery and the beginning of her new life! I am off--and going to wrap a couple of last minute gifts and start preparing some dishes for tomorrow night's meal. I hope everyone is ready for Christmas. I am done shopping, just a couple things left to wrap. What a relief! I do need to go to the grocery store for a couple items, but am doing so much better than usual! Only work 1/2 day today, then I am going to work for my daycare provider this afternoon for a bit, then help get ready for the family Christmas party there... Things I wouldn't have done a year ago!!!!!! B- 1/4 banana w/ a little SF banana pudding (shared my daughter's "special breakfast") S- Cottage Cheese L- Chili? S- Protein Drink D- Fish of some sort....... I am so bad at planning meals, but this post sure does help!!

I had a much better eating day today than yesterday. Went grocery shopping for tomorrow's dinner and Christmas day. Funny how much healthier my cart looked this year that it did last year.
