VGB in two weeks!!!!

I am going for VBG in two weeks and i have heard nothing but good from it. But then I came here and i am reading all of the things everyone is saying and there really is nothing good. I am getting kind of concerned now. I did my research and feel this is right for me but I am hearing alot of complecations. Is there anyone that has got the procedure in the past 2 years that could give me some feed back. Because i know the procedure go change a few years ago. Thanks
