Hi Joanie, I just went to mark the date on my calendar and found that the 15th of February is a Tuesday so I am going to assume (and you know what happens when we assume ) that you mean the 13th of February. I am putting it on my calendar and hope that that weather cooperates. That is a bit of a haul from Milford to Newington but you know I would travel anywhere to see you all Lots has been happening this past week and I need to update you all. First though I need to and whine and plead with Lisa C. to let me squeeze into her suitcase. I HATE this weather. I need the sun. Have a great day. Linda

Hi Joanie, Please count me in on the party! I am horrible at bowling and have never done the small ones, but to be amongst all the people I consider my friends is what I will be there for. Hey Joanie - How are you sweetie? Need some clarification darlin'... Sunday is February 13th, not the 15th, so I'm guessing that's the actual date, right? That's right near Lisa's birthday, my birthday and my younger daughter's 16th b-day, so I'll have to see what's going down around that time... k? If we're around, I'll be happy to come, but.... one more thing... Have you been to T-bowl lately? Last time I was there, it was a dive, mgmt SUCKED and they wouldn't let us bring in our own food unless we paid some stupid fee. I vowed never to in there again and prayed they'd go out of business. Such jerks! If, for some reason, they are under new mgmt, have improved the site and gotten rid of the smoking and all the losers in the place, I'll go. (I may go by and see if it's changed and judge from there.) Bowl-O-Rama is up the street, has bigger balls yes, but is MUCH nicer in terms of a bowling joint... Lots of music, pool table, air hockey and video games... We can even bring in our own food and drinks at no extra cost! Prices are pretty good too, in my humble opinion. I don't think it "sucks" but FYI - you can't smoke anywhere inside in the State of CT, so it's smoke free. I agree with you there, in the "old days" the smoke was terrible. As far as the losers in the place, well, I won't touch that one. I know some very nice people that go there. I didn't think we were going for food, just for bowling. So, bringing in food won't be an issue. Tammy
