Connecticare anyone???

I am just starting the process...pre requisite meetings... just wondering what experiences people have had with Connecticare approving them?

Hi Linda! I have Connecticare (Open Access plan) and have had nothing but good experiences with them. They approved my surgery within 3 days of submitting all the paperwork. Good luck with everything and if you need a sounding board don't hesitate to contact me. Holiday Hugs, Carla

Linda, I had CT-care and they were wonderful in the approval process. I got approved right away and paid the bill pretty quickly too. I am sorry I did not have them to choose for coverage next year. terri

I had Connecticare and they were awesome. Approved my lap band in less than 24 hours. Nothing bad to say about them at all. I have never heard of anyone on the boards getting denied by them either.

CT care was great. They approved me in, like, 24 hours. DO check and make sure your policy does not have a specific exclusion though.

Yep. I have them, and they were great about getting me approval in no time. Unfortunately, my surgeon dumped them because they're not real good at paying THEM!
