Mary~

Take a step back and breathe deeply.

You can take the time to see a wonderful nutritionist in your area.

Nancy Murphy.     She is well versed with WLS.

I had to do 6 months and it was a good time to prepare.

I understand you have been around the block already.

But refreshing your knowledge will hold you in good stead for a future revision.

If you need her contact info, let me know.

Towanda,

Thanks so much for the words of encouragement. I would love to see her. Does she accept Medicaid/Medicare? and please advise where she is located....thanks so much!

Most insurances now require the 6 month waiting period for any type of WLS...it'll go by quickly, don't worry...just do what you have to do during that time and you'll do fine...I know we can get impatient and want it done, yesterday, but in today's world, the Ins co's rule ALL...
