Joanie's Food Log-Sunday
I had some neighbors in for a Christmas Party last night..I had some non structured eating..I had a burger (no bun)...at around noon and then one slice of pizza (even the crust ?*&%$#!!!!) at around 6pm...guess that would have been ok...if I didn't nosh on pretzels through the night. I had 64 oz of water tho...does that count for being good?
Ok..back to structure today...
B-1 scrambled egg
S-protein drink
L-deli chicken breast wrapped around cheese w/mustard
S-glennys protein bar
D-family is having kielbasa with mac and cheese...not sure what I will have yet..I bought turkey kielbasa..need to check the label before I eat it..otherwise its Perdue low fat chicken for me.
Have a great Sunday...Oh BTW fellow CT Christmas shoppers....I am done with my Wrapping...just one more gift certficate to buy this week...and shopping will be done. I decided no baking for me this year...what a relief that decision made for me! Let, Chrsitmas begin!!
Hugs,
Joanie

Happy Sunday morning. You have a great attitude. It's nice that you can fall off the wagon, and dust yourself off and not be so hard on yourself. What are glenny's protein bars? I've been getting mine at Ocean State Job lot, and they are pretty good for 39 cents. They have a varitey, I always pick the low carb one's.
Paula,
I bought these at Costco a few weeks back..I don't like them much..but they are not terrible...won't get them again. I don't like any of the Atkins bars I have tried. My favorites , as everyone knows here on the CT boards--are Momentum bars..by Genreal Mills-you can buy them at the grocery store. They are 150 cal and 12g of protein.. I like the carmel nut once best...They are pricier than some others... at 5 bucks for four of them..but they are good.
