Thursday Food Log
Joanie must be busy, or we know she would have posted this morning. I guess I'll get it going. It seems weird to me when I log on and don't see the food log for the day.
B- Carb Countdown Smoothie
S-Carb Well cereal bar
L-Egg Beaters with LF Cheddar
S-Detour Bar
D- 3oz Extra lean burger, no bread with LF American cheese slice, 2 pickle spears
S-Kozy Shack Choc. Pudding/No sugar added

D two meatballs with little sauce and mozz cheese on it

have to go excerise tonight with my personal trainer
I like reading everyone's food choices lately... giving me great ideas.
B- Bear Naked hi protein granola -- 11g
s- Q-Smart soy snacks 1/2 srvng -- 7g
L - 3oz ground turkey in veggie tomato sauce w/3tblsp pasta-- 21g
D - 1/2 chicken ceasar salad from panera's and a couple of bites of the
baguette Abby had with her soup. (looked like 2oz chicken) -- 14g
s - Glenny's slim carb bar - 12g
I had dinner early so may have another glenny's later if i am hungry
65 - 77g depending on the last snack
need to drink more water today!!!!

Here is the food plan for me today:
B- Morning Start breakfast bar, 11g p
1 string cheese
S- Protein shake, 20gr
L- Salad w/ 2 tsp. Monterey jack cheese, and 4 slices pepperoni
w/ parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and Lite Casaer dressing.
S- Protein bar, 17 gr protein
D- skinless chicken leg, 2 tsp. rice, and spinach
S- not sure...just bought some new protein bars from Susan Maria's
website, I may try one of those.

Thanks Maggie...Glad you started this. I was busy getting presents ready to wrap this morning and I completely forgot about the log!
B-1 hard boiled egg 6 g
S-protein drink 30 g
L-low fat perdue chicken w/salsa and lite sour cream `14g
I hav not had a snack yet..but I was chilled to the bone---so I made a pot of decaf coffee...
24 oz of Propel throughout the afternoon.
D-Chili- 14 g of protein
S-protein bar..I need to use up these Glenys things..they are not bad..but not as good as my momentums -14gm
Total-78gms of protein!
40 oz of fluid...I know I need to increase this!!
