4 weeks out and gaining... help (xpost)
Like the previous poster stated, check out your total protien grams for each day. I would try and make sure to get close to 80grams a day. Add in a protien shake to help you reach that. Otherwise, be patient. Weight loss can be sporadic for some people. I know I would stay the same for sometimes a week or two than drop several pounds all of sudden. I am sure you will start to se the scale drop down again soon. Just keep up what you are doing.
