Ocean State Job Lot

Well everyone I just came back from shopping at OSJL because I heard they had a sale on atkins shakes for .49, well let me tell you that store is amazing. I found some soy chips in different flavors such as deep sea salted, rich chedder cheese, country bar-b-q, and roasted onion and garlic. They have 7 g of protein in each bag and I know Dr. Aranow sells some in his office not the same brand but these are good. Also all their protein bars are on sale for .39 and .49. I bought numerous ones such as atkins, biochem, slim whey. Also I found this carbsense pancake mix. It has no sugar, 2 carbs and a whopping 29 grams of protein if you eat the recommended serving which is 2 pancakes. Also I bought some post carbwell cereal for $1.49. Also beef jerky and of course the atkins shakes I went to get in the first place. I swear I bought at least 30 items and only spent $25.00 I just wanted to let you guys know in case you are interested. The ready made atkins shakes are only in strawberry so I bought the mix because I hate strawberry. Toya

Hi Toya, I took advantage of their sale too. I spent like 40 bucks but filled my carriage pretty good and the Strive Protein Bars are pretty good, sugar free only 3 grams of carbs and 20 grams of Protein so I would hgihly recommend checking it out also. ~Julie~

Hi Millie; Ocean State Job Lot Stores are popping up all over the place. I don't know if there is one in Bridgeport, but you might want to check the phone book or online. They probably have a web site. I know that they have a store in Milford which isn't too far from you. Mike

yup I am pre op and my mother wants to hook up a care package for me we got the vanilla adkins, and lots of protein bars I love to have pancakes in the morning for breakfast tell me how is the pancake mix the osjl by my house sells brownie mix lo carb I got the cereal and a food processor. My mother wants to get me more items I am gonna need so we will be back there after surgery. I was suprised when I saw all them products we need after surgery.
