I was up until 1am doing Christmas cards/letters! I am beat!!
B-1 hard boiled egg 6
S-protein drink 30
L-perdue chicken w/salsa and sour cream 13g
S-Glenys protein bar=14
D-chicken-pasta alfredo-13g mor chicken than pasta...I promise!
S-?????????
Its getting so cold on my daily walks!! My husband signed me up at the town pool for a water aerobics class..that should get me thru to the end of Feb...in between walks on "warmer" winter days.

Mornin' All!
I got moved to Stage 5 yesterday. I feel FABULOUS. I just need to get in some exercise (more than what I'm doing) and I'll be thrilled. Weight loss slowed to a crawl, but I understand that it happens on week 4 with a lot of people. I'm not worried. It'll come off - I'm not in a race to lose it all at once. Just enjoying the ride!
I went to Curves to join, but while I was watching people do the circuit workout, I realized it's not for me. There's not enough variety - I like to chose my workout - treadmill, water aerobics, regular aerobics, I'm a moody exerciser!!! So, I am going to hit Healthtrax and join again. This time, I"ll actually USE it!
B - Quaker Q bar
L - 2 oz chicken and 1 oz. cheese
D - 1/4 cup beans
S - simply smart milk

Ahh Stage 5! Welcome Tammy! Its tme for more variety...Just looking at your menu...are you getting enough protein in? I estimated about only 45 or so from your menu plan. I know lots of us do not like protein drinks..but let me tell you it really speeds up the weight loss and doing 60 to 80g now..may prevent that dreaded three to four month weight loss...
Just a suggestion...

You are totally right. I'm trying so hard to get my protein in. Water is no problem, going down fabulous. Protein, still a little hard. Towards the end of the day, if I haven't gotten enough protein in, I have a protein drink which will get me to 60. Sometimes have to gag it down, but I try!
Thanks for the suggestion. It's hard to remember that you have to EAT to lose weight at this point. ;) So weird!

I am so proud of all of you who exercise regularly. I know I need to but never seem to stick to a good routine. The holidays make it so much harder (I know it's not an excuse), but I really can't wait until things quiet down!

I'm now getting my energy back and focusing on cleaning this house. I love my DH to pieces, but cleaning is not his forte. It's been almost four months since I've been able to give it a good once over.

Well this is my first food post ever so I hope I am eating the right things. I am also on solid food now so here goes:
S-diet hot chocolate 2 grams
B-Egg (fitday says this has 17 grams of protein but joanie's say it only has 6 so I am lost) and watermelon- 1 gram
L-Chicken Meatballs 14 grams 1/4 cup green beans 2 grams
S-Atkins protein bar-18 grams
