Hi Joanie, I think I'm lacking on the protein but we'll see....
D & D Hazelnut Coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 & Splenda
B: Strive Sugar free low carb Prot Bar 20 grams
L: 1/2 hard boiled egg, 4 cubes of cheese, 2 slices cuc with dab of ranch and babon bits ... Approx. 8 grams if that
(not too many options on the hot bar at work and try to limit myself to 1 protein bar a day)
drank, drank & drank Crystal Light
D: Lean Pockets Ultra Ham/Turkey & cheese 24 grams
S: 12 ozs Carb Countdown Milk 18 grams
Large cup of Decaf Tea
Total Protein: 70 Grams... not as bad as I thought. Wooohoooo
