Happy Friday!! I just tried the CC Chocolate Milk.. YUM! Also, the man behind me in line bought some CC Egg Nog.. thought it might be worth a try some time, since the real stuff is chock full of sugar. Has anyone tried it? B-scrambled egg w/fresh jalapeno/ham/cheese mmmm S-1 Cup CC Choc Milk L-Sliced ham w/cream cheese/fresh jalapeno/black olive (Just roll em) S-Atkins shake (Job Lot .49 cents!!) Strawberry D-Movie night.. not sure yet. Have a good weekend everyone! Take care, Michelle

Hey Michelle, I bought the Carb Countdown Egg Nog for Thanksgiving, and I liked it. I only had alittle, but it was very good. My husband really liked it, even better than regular (Sugar loaded) Egg Nog and finished it off on me... Anne

Hi Michelle, I haven't tried the Egg Nog but that is because no stores around me have it. What store were you at? Please let me know. I am on the search.... I also saw Soy Nog and was told you would never know it was soymilk. ~Julie~

Another protein train day for me Here goes: B - 4 oz Moove Over Carbs Yogurt All-In-One Protein Bar 32 oz of herb tea L - Joseph's Oat Bran & Wheat Tortilla with 1/4 cup chicken salad lots and lots of water S - Protein bar or protein shake, if necessary D - yumm -- escarole and beans made with pork tenderloin S - Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk heated -- (I'm not a milk drinker, but this is not too bad - thanks to Heather for suggesting it).
