Hi Joanie, This was a very bad day for me but here it goesd B: Atkins Morning Start Bar 16 oz coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 & Splenda L: scoop of taco salad, mostly the meat & cheese, 1 slice cuc, shredded cheese & dollup of ranch. a few mini shells from pasta salad. Decaf Tea S Zone bar D Lean Pockets Ultra Ham Turkey & cheese pocket, a few mouthfuls of Pasta Fagioli (mom made) 10 ozs carb smart milk THE WORST THING..... had a handful of Pickle potatoe chips...I couldnt resist but throwing the bag away so I wont be tempted anymore Decaf Tea.... Trying to drink more and lay off the caffeine.

I again love these food logs each day. As I am just a week out I am absorbing all the info on what people are eating. My question is the popcorn. Can we have that? Is this something that some people may tolerate and some don't? I love popcorn and of course will not go near it for a LONG TIME but just wondering. I see alot of people eat taco salad. What a treat. Is this the regular hamburg with taco seasoning or another recipe? Love these updates! Carrie
