Day 3 of Protein Train

Hi everyone, Thought I'd report on how the "protein train" went today! I had 1056 calories; 47 carbs; and 93 protein. Here's what I had: B - EAS Advantage Shake Dexatrim All-In-One Bar S - 1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese L - 1 oz chicken breast with salsa 1/3 cup almonds D - 2/3 cup talapia broccoli & carrots & cauliflower (about 1/2 cup) Still, all in all, it was a pretty good day. I am struggeling with staying on mainly fluids and protein bars - and am incorporating good protein instead. Hope everyone else on the "train" had a great day too! God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau

Hi Kathy, Congrats on a good day 3. I was a bit hungrier today but being busy didn't allow me to get in the kind of protein I wanted but I made do. breakfast.......6 oz proplete gold drink, 8 oz magnesium drink, 32oz water 20oz decaf coffee with half and half and splenda lunch.........1oz beef jerky and an All in One bar 32 oz water 32 oz crystal lite iced tea dinner......2 oz cheese, 1/4 cup shelled roasted salted pistachio nuts working on the 4th 32 oz bottle. lets see its about 920 calories, 83 protein 48 carbs. and lots and lots of fluids......
