Norwich Support group starting Dec. 15th

Hi everyone: Awhile back I posted that I would like to get a local weekly support group started. I got quite a few responses from you and now I have a time and a place. Thanks Carmen for all your help in getting this off the ground. We will be meeting at Thames Valley Community College at 574 New London Tnpke. in Norwich. If you would like more specific directions please e-mail me or Carmen. We will be meeting in room 101. Carmen recommends parking in the back parking lot and going into the maintanence and receiving door. The meeting will begin at 6:30. I will post the day of in case the weather should be bad. I know trying to squeeze into a desk can be a problem for some of us, so I made sure there are no desks! Tables and chairs so everyone can be comfortable! Thanks for proposing such a great idea Carolyn, I can't wait, Carmen

Hi Carolyn I would love to join this support group but I have a problem myself. I cannot get an interpreter to attend this suppot group. The hosptials is paying for me to get an interpreter to attend Support group. The time is perfect :O( :O( Kathy K

Maggie Thank you for suggesting but it is too much for Robin to interpret this support group for herself. it required two interpreters to take turn so their hands won t hurt. I won t able to attend this support group but will go to L M hospital support group and Middlesex hospital support group. Now all of you know it is NOT easy to be deaf. You are lucky because you can go ANY support group meetings and I do have very limited to attend support group. Have fun on Dec 15th Kathy K

Hi Nancy: I think we will discuss the schedule on the 15th. I was made aware that the L&M meeting is on the 22nd so we may all want to attend that one and meet again at Thames Valley after the Holidays. I'll let everyone know after the 15th. Carolyn
