OH.. question!!?? I had a Atkins yogurt smoothie.. but it was $1.99 for one drink.. didn't like that idea at all. I bought it cold at S&S, so that's prob why it was so expensive.. but does anyone know where I can buy more for less?

Here is my menu for today:
B- Atkins morning start blueberry breakfast bar, string cheese
S- Protein shake
L- spinach ravioli
D- pork chops, spinach, and probably potatoes (a spoonful only)
High carb lunch today, but it is only occasional. Besides, I spoke to my nutritionist last week, and she said carbs are fine, as long as I get in my protein for the day...

I rarely join in on the Food Log band wagon but I think I do need to start and am in need of some feedback. My lunch is usually my biggest meal of the day. I feel full when i'm done but not over stuffed. I just dont know if I'm eating way too much for being 4 months out. I am never ever hungry so I have to make myself eat 3 meals a day
B: Carb Well Bar
S: 1/4 cup of Atkins Morning Start almond (something) cereal
HazelNut DD Coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 & Splenda
L: 1 slice turkey, 1 slice cheese rolled up together with a little bit of Mayo, 1/4 of hard boiled egg, 2 slices cuc (salad bar at work)
Tea w/ Splenda
D: 1 hamburger made like a meatball with a little bit of Lite Ranch dressing
S: 10 oz Carb Countdown Milk w/ no sugar added quick
