Well I made quite an accomplishment and wanted to share my excitement with all of you. First, I am now done 71 lbs! I walk 4-4 1/2 miles a day and for the last week or so I have been getting the urge to incoporate running into my routine. I did it this morning and actually ran about 1/4 of a mile during the course of my 2 mile morning walk! I felt wonderful (although sweaty and a bit out of breath). I really feel for the first time since my surgery that my health has taken a dramatic turn for the better. I am so grateful for this surgery. Oh and before I forget, I went to Walmart and bought a cheap pair of jeans SIZE 14! This was from a size 20 the last time I bought jeans. Love to you all and thanks for sharing in my excitement, Sandy

WOW! Good going Sandy. I can't even IMAGINE running (well, unless it involved chasing an ice cream truck). Just kidding! Seriously, that's such a huge accomplishment. And the size 14......fantastic!! Love, Tammy 39 pounds, gone forever

Hi JA, Thanks for the encouragement. I may just take a trip to Filenes just to try on small clothes. I don't want to buy anything good right now because how fast they become too big, but it would be fun to see. Love, Sandy
