H Beth! THANKS for posting the info on aquatic exercise. I am too far away to make it to your area for aquatics... I do an aquatic exercise class weekly down here in Milford with a sister bypasser. What a blast! And what a workout! There are 2 other post-ops in my class! Easy to move and get all the exercise one needs! For anyone even comtemplating this as a viable exercise...I say... Water is the way to go...so doable for anyone of any size... so... GO FOR IT! Towanda

Towanda Great Idea! I always shied away from the water aerobics class in town because of how big I looked in my bathing suit..but NOW--this might be something I can do in additon to my walking. I am going to check out the winter classes! Hugs Joanie
