Finally broke the plateau!!!!!!!!!!

I have been bouncing between a couple of pounds for the last couple of weeks and it has been driving me crazy!

I was really starting to think that I was doing something wrong and 48 pounds was going to be my total loss. Today after my shower, I got on the scale and WAHOOO!!!!! I finally hit the 50 lb mark!

Just had to share, I am so excited! With the 13 I lost pre-op -- I am 63 pounds down and at the weight I got down to when we went to China in 2002 to adopt Abrielle. It has been a personal goal for me to get to this point.

Doing the snoopy dance this morning! Terri RNY 9-21-04 -50lbs +13= 63 pounds gone FOREVER!!

Congrats Terri, That is a great accomplishment. Although plateaus are frustrating as long as you are doing everything you are supposed to, you can know it won't last forever! Carmen

Thanks Carmen, I handled this plateau better than I did the other 2. I am starting to see a pattern every few weeks or so I hit a stand still for about 1-2 weeks. Hopefully this will be a good losing streak till the next time.

Terri thats GREAT! I have been at a plateau for a couple of weeks too, and it is FRUSTRATING. I don't want to be a slave to the scale, but hey come on, I didn't do this for nothin! Its finally starting to move.. so I am thrilled with you! Robin
