Hi everyone, I had my dh take my pic again. I have not changed much but I wanted more of a smile in my picture to reflect how I feel! I am really looking forward to the new year and hope to make it to goal by the end of the summer. I will probably start looking into plastics after that for my stomach. I have Cigna, so I am sure I will have to pay out of pocket. I don't think it will be in the budget (or go on the card until 2006 though. It will give me some time to make sure I get down closer to goal. I have about 20lbs I would like to lose and I would be happy and in a normal weight range. I am looking forward to Dr. Bells support group next week. Anyone up to going out to dinner after? Linda, I know it is all about socializing with food... but darn it... a girl still has to eat I am just still working on the how much and how often is needed vs. wanted! Hope to see some of you next week. HeatherS

Look at that smile!!! What do you mean you haven't changed much. You're beaming from ear to ear But you always had a great smile. You've done so well Heather and I know you didn't have an easy time of it in the beginning. I'm so very happy for you and wish you continued success. Hugs, Mary Lou

Kathy, get the new pic up!!!! I still can't believe that you are post-op already Doesn't it seem like everyone else's wait goes by so fast? As far as the sex goes.... they are saying girl. I bought (her) the most adorable homemade pink baby blanket this week and we are doing the nautical theme in "her" bedroom because we plan on naming her Marina and I love the Sea. We used to have a boat but we sold it when my 2 year old was born and now with another one the nautical room will have to do because there will be no boat in the budget for years to come. (hehe) I just have to clear all this junk out of the room. It has been an ongoing project for the last 4 months but we have years of stuff that we didn't know were to put that ended up in there and my husband is a total pack rat. I have to throw things out when he is not home. Heather

Heather, I am so happy for you and your unborn daugther. The most important is your unborn daugther is healthly and hearing. It is not matter if it is a boy or a girl. I always telling my kids that they are so lucky they can hear and that is what I want for them to can hear than what I went through in my life being deaf and how people treated me badly because of my speech and thought I could not make it but they are wrong. I made it because of my mom 's hard working with me when I was baby to high school. I hope you let me hold your daughter for a while because I love to hold little babies which I love the most moment! I laughed about your husband... come over my house and see what my husband did... junks (electronic, wires, and computers) at my house. I cannot stand that!!!! Hugs Kathy K

Heather you look great . I know it is difficult for us to see it in ourselves but we really have lost weight and we really do look better. Maybe not quite what we want to look like yet but that will come. Once you have your beautiful new baby and start concentrating on weight loss again those last few pounds will come off. Lol: I was just throwing out a challenge for folks to think about not saying I don't want to eat anymore I am still thinking that the Greek Olive at Long Wharf would be good after the meeting. I will have you all know that I am missing a UCONN women's game at the Civic Center that night. Mary Lou and I have tickets but I am going to miss it and go to the meeting. Too many choices these days. Have a good weekend and I will see you on Tues. Linda

Deanna, Wow!!! are you getting nervous? You will do great and you are in the best of hands with Dr. Bell! How does Linda's idea of the Greek Olive sound? It is right next to IKEA. I am sure they must have soup. What is there menu like Linda? HeatherS
