Just need some encouragement

I am sorry about the letter...but just as Deb M said...when one door is closed another one opens..and most times that opportunity is even better. Law school!!! Hi Toya, Apply to Uconn! They have a very good reputation for the law program as I'm sure you must know. As a mother with a son who is very interested in law school, I really want him to go there. I would hate for him to be too far away from home. I know it won't be my decision but I hope he stays around I don't have to deal with it for 2 more years but I'm sure your family wants you closer than Michigan! Good luck with your decision. Hey neighbor, Happy birthday to you! I do hope you treated yourself to something good. You deserve it. It's nice to not think of food as the only reward. High-heeled shoes, a mani/pedi, or even a sexy new bra and panty are great ways to treat yourself and make you feel good. As far as the law school, I'd suggest laying your cards out on the table. Apply to other schools, and eventually you'll know the right thing to do. Just because one school said no doesn't mean you should stop applying to others. Rejection sucks, but you can't get the approval you're looking for unless they know you're out there! Keep us updated! Peace, -Deb
