Hey Everybody, It is Carolyn 1 YR anniversary since she had this surgery. She is inspired all of us esspecially her wonderful memories book she shared with us at the party. You did it!!!! Happy Anniversary to you!!! Do something special for yourself tonight or this weekend! Let us know what Dr A. said after seeing you your 1 yr check up ! SMILE! You surely helped other people at the party and gave them hopes. We have to set up Mini Meeting to go out and talk ( eating little) in this area! Hugs Kathy K

Carolyn came to the group meeting last night and shared her weight loss journal...so nicely done (very professional looking) with great pictures. She really has come a long way and is an inspiration to us all! Ann 85 lbs GONE!

You are all so incredible! I had a very busy and chaotic day at school today and almost didn't get to the computer tonight because I wanted to stay warm and cozy in my toasty robe. I'm so glad I checked the board.You have all made my day. You are truly the only ones that can understand the transformation that takes place inside and out.
