Refried Beans

Anyone have a recipe for refried beans. I am making dinner and need to know how to make this with the cheese.

Not a clue! I have had the impression that most folks were getting their refritos at Taco Bell....(serious!)...Glad to see you doing so well! It inspires and reassures me!

I have a friend that takes a bit of salsa and low fat cheese, mixes it with the beans and nukes it. I'm not a bean eater, but she loves them. Maggie

I just get the Fat Free Old Elpaso beans and add some shredded cheese. Pop em in the microwave then stir in lf sour cream.
