Hi CT Friendsll! I haven't had much time to post lately, but I just had to share that I hit onederland 2 weeks ago! My scale at home wearing just a smile weighed me in under 200, but I had to wait till it was official at my weekly weigh in at TOPS. I have not been under 200 lbs in about 20 years. I feel just Onederful!
