OT-The Polar Express IMAX 3D

Just thought I would mention how wonderful the movie was! We saw it at the Manchester Showcase Theater on the IMAX screen. My daughter and her friend really enjoyed it and so did I! This is my absolutely favorite Christmas book--which inspired me to buy a new Christmas book every year. I have a quite a collection---and read them with my kids every year! No matter how old they get they still enjoy them...and so do I! Anyway..my point is..if you can get to see the movie in 3D the effects are neat...so take the opportunity. Joanie

Thanks Joanie, We will try to make it out there to see it in 3D. I think it would be awesome!!! As for making reading a tradition, it is wonderful. When I was a kid we would always stay at my grandmothers Christmas eve. My aunt would read "The Christmas Pagent" every year! It was wonderful and one of my most treasured memories to this day! Hi Joanie, Thanks for your opinion on the Polar express. I didn't even know that there was an IMAX in Manchester! I really want to take the kids there maybe next weekend. We saw Christmas with the Kranks on Thanksgiving.We all loved and it will be a definite buy when it comes out on DVD. Sandy
