s: 2 pcs Peanut Butter smoothies candy (Hey! I'm being honest)
l: Bacon cheese hamburger
s: protein bar
s: small scoop of ice cream
d: Not sure. We're in the discussion stages
I do 2 snacks after lunch because dinner is VERY late. 8-9pm

lol. I'm sure turkey will be the common factor there.
My menu always looks huge comparatively.. am I piggin' out?
Nothing exciting here..
B-2 oz. FF refried beans w/cojack cheese
L-2 oz. tuna w/boiled egg
S-Dill pickles and popsicle
D-2 oz. tuna w/boiled egg (yes.. again.. I've got a goal for the new year!)
S-Pumpkin seeds (shell on.. don't eat the shell though)
Lots o' water today. Some decaf mint tea and SF hot chocolate later.

They must like you better or are just getting in good so they an sit on your lap too!
I think this is a good trend tho..the first to think about it...can start the food log...as long as they use MY NAME! Told you-I am getting vain as the pounds are shedding. OK..time for me to fess up. We started celebrating Thanksgiving early...everyone bringing in a dish for a luncheon today. One of the afternoon girls brought in a turkey breast...
I skipped bkfst and morning snack...just had coffee decaf with protein pwder..10g
L-turkey about 2 oz-spoonful each:broccoli casserole, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green bean casserole===total probably 16 g protein
S-I spilled 3/4 of my protein drink! so 2oz of protein drink-7g protein
I am drinking water now...I honestly do not know what is for dinner...I am going to do total protein tho...I need to get my numbers up!

yummy... peanut butter smoothies..... i am definately staying away from that store. lol...
B - Carb Control cereal w/1/4 banana and lactaid ff milk 11g protein
s - coffee w/1.5 scoops beneprotein 9g protein
L - Lettuce salad with 2oz turkey and balsamic vinegar/olive oil, soy chips
26g protein
D - 2.5 oz shrimp w/****tail sauce 18g protein
s - sf popcicle and protein bar if I feel like it later (12g)
