Pumpkin Mousse Recipe

A woman from my office gave me this recipe for pumpkin mousse that she got from weigh****chers -- it's yummy!!! 1 container sugar free/fat free instant vanilla pudding 1 can of pumpkin Make the pudding, then add can of pumpkin, add cinammon/nutmeg/pumpkin pie spices to taste & chill. Serve with ginger snaps ... or heck, it's good on its own w/a little whipped cream! Kathy F.
