I tried "No sugar added Egg Nog Flavored Fat Free Milk" from Hood over the weekend. Not quite as good as the real stuff, but it was a great substitute. Egg Nog is one of those things I have to have during the holidays! Carmen

Hi, Deanna! I've tried both the Hood s/f eggnog-flavored skim milk and the CC eggnog. While the CC eggnog is thicker and tastes more like the real thing, that's cause it's got more fat and calories and even some sugar in it! Also, be careful when you look at the nutritional info. on the CC eggnog carton. Unlike the other CC milks where the serving size is 1 cup, for the CC eggnog it's only 1/2 cup (a sneaky way to make it look not as bad). Nutritionally, the CC choc. milk is much better for us than their eggnog. The Hood version is basically skim milk with eggnog flavoring, artificially sweetened and slightly thickened with tapioca. The nutritional info. for the Hood isn't much different from plain old skim milk, but it tastes much better! Debby

I've had the Hood Egg Nog (no sugar added, fat free). It is pretty tasty, and filling. Its all I've purchased for the Holiday - hope everyone else likes it as much as I do God Bless, and Happy Thanksgiving. Kathy Bilodeau
