Victor, I was told that no sugar added canned fruit is OK early on. They have peaches, fruit coctail and of course applesauce. If you want to try the grapes, I would peel them first. I personally haven't tried fruit yet, focusing on protein, but bought some "low carb" and "no sugar added" stuff that I have been wanting to try. Hope this helps, Carmen

Hi Victor: It sounds like you are doing great. I tolerated everything also and never had a problem. In terms of fruit anything pretty much goes as long as you chew, chew, chew. It's possible though that you are not ready for it yet. In the beginning its all protein, then the other items are gradually added. I was eating from all food groups at 5 weeks but all doctor's orders are different. Double check with your doc before you try. Keep up the great work. Carolyn

HI Victor, I was told no FRESH fruits or vegetables because of the possiblity of bacteria until like 5 weeks out. Each doc is different though. Robin R

Hi Victor!!! I ate only fresh fruit, I only had a hard time with the grapes (I could only eat a little beofre I felt that slugish feeling). As it has been said "losten to your Doc" Good luck! Carmen

Grapes minus the grape skin, which would be indigestible, would probably be OK, IF you're on full solid foods. Any fruit for that matter- that doesnt have a membrane (ie orange & grapefruit types) would probably be OK if you take the skin off. If you're not on full solid foods, consider the canned NSA stuff- it softer and easier on the pouch. Just be careful, since you're not too experienced w/Sugar. Oh- and for goodness sake- DON'T try for the first time at work! LOL. best, lisa c
