Joanie's Food Log-Tuesday
mmmmmm.... somersize maple oatmeal....that sounds good Carmen. What's the carb count on that?
My Mom lost 45 lbs on Suzanne Somers diet and still uses the principles of it --- she also ordered some of the products and said that they were very good.
well, I figured I would crash today, but I didn't. I am tired, but not exhausted....guess what they say about getting renewed energy at 8weeks is right.

I could only finish about 1/2 pouch though. My aunt sent me 2 boxes of somersize products. So far everything is great and no refined sugar. Some stull has small amounts of natural sugars though. The somersize concept is not to mix carbs with fats and always avoid refined sugar / white flour.
Hope this helps,
Carmen
Thanks Carmen,
I feel awesome. I hold my head up and have so much more self esteem and confidence, it is GREAT!
As for the oatmeal, you can get it from www.suzannesomers.com. I think you can also get it through HSN. They have other flavors too, but this is the only one I tried and it was delicious!
