6 Month Anniversary!
Hello everyone! I just wanted to share..
It's been 6 months now and I'm down 109 lbs. I think I've officially slowed down. Only 100 more to go!
Anyhow, I've updated the pics.. can ya see a difference? I also cut my hair! I had some highlights put in.. they were supposed to be blonde, but after 2 tries, my hair was just too red. So we shall try again in a few weeks. No big thing.. I kinda like the funky look.
It should be styled differently.. kinda spiked/wisped out.. but I don't have any styling goop yet.
Well, can't complain over here.
What do you all think of female bodybuilding?? I've been really considering it.. not Ah-nold like muscles.. just very defined. Let me know what'cha think.
Take care!
Michelle

Holy crap look at how thin your face is! Michelle!! You are still gorgeous and I LOVEEEEE the hair! I know you are in the same boat as me with the thinning scare, but it looks like you still have a LOT of it!
I am going to start focusing on toning and doing some serious lifting to get me to a good shape. I only have like 10 pounds to lose, but I want to bulk up a little bit in all the right places.
I think a toned, shaped woman is real secksi!
lookin good sistah!!

Hi Michelle! I love the hair - you look fabulous. So pretty!!!! I have red hair, so I could never highlight mine blonde either. It always came out orangey. ha ha.
I used to work for a gym, and you can have a HARD body without worrying about becoming "too" big (which is generally not possible). I think it's a TERRIFIC idea to give it a try. I recommond finding a good personal trainer you can start with, learn about muscles and equipment, then follow on your own. The importance with weightraining is not to over due and to also keep changing your routine so your mucles (sp??? too early for me in the a.m.) don't get used to the same thing.
Good luck, and let us know what you decide to do!
Love,
Tammy
