Hi Joanie!
Got a quick question for ya - is it ok to eat sugar free fudgescicles? I found them at the grocery store, I think they would be ok - but I thought you'd know best.
B - Isopure protein drink
S - water
L - s/f hot chocolate with whey protein powder (my favorite drink so far!).
D - Beef boulloin/soup (about 6 ounces) - home made by hubby. It was awesome.
S - s/f fudgscicle.
Hope this is an ok day! I feel SOOOO much better today - I can drink easier, and no vomiting. Phew!
Have a good one!
Tammy
Hi, Tammy!
When I saw Elina last week, as we were going over the various stages of food post-op, when she mentioned s/f popsicles, I asked her about an assortment that I have at home (being diabetic I've been into all the s/f goodies for a couple of yrs. now) that has s/f popsicles, s/f creamsicles and s/f fudgsicles. She said that the s/f creamsicles and s/f fudgsicles would be fine.
Glad you're feeling better.
Hugs,
Debby
