B-I made a pancake with carb countdown milk..and unjury choc pwder..it was pretty good. I used some lite syrup..will have to find some sugar free stuff soon.. I figured out it was 85 cal...7 g of protein...2 g of fat...and 12 carbs...I made a big six inch pancake..but only ate half..so the calculations are for that half!
L-On the border..forgot what the menu is!
D-I am going to roast a chicken...so chicken and vegies

OK, here we go!!!!
B - Grape Isopure protein drink (thanks to CARMEN!). It was just fine going down.
S - vitamins and lots of water
L - soup with protein powder. Poured myself 6 ounces, ate 5 bites and got FULL.
S - sugar free popscicle
D - I'm going to try another isopure drink - the soup didn't go down well at all!
On a good note, the water is going down awesome. No problems whatsoever. I walked this morning, and my hubby is setting up the treadmill donated by my parents so I can walk at home and not worry about the weather. I'm not ready to join a gym yet, but will be ready by the new year - just in time for the sales! ;)
